SharpSpring’s Native PieSync Integration

We’re happy to announce that as of today, PieSync is natively integrated within SharpSpring. This native integration will allow users to sync their contacts two-way and in real time – all without leaving the SharpSpring platform.

The integration gives SharpSpring customers direct access to PieSync’s point-and-click interface to easily build integrations with more than 80 third-party applications – such as Google Contacts, Recurly, Zendesk, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics 365 – without the need for a team of developers.

PieSync is adding new connectors every week. Here’s a look at the apps that are currently available:

Several SharpSpring users are also using PieSync, and the reactions have been very positive. One of those happy users is Kalon Wiggins, Digital Marketer at Epic Design Labs.

Epic Design Labs is using PieSync to sync contacts between SharpSpring and their other business apps: Zendesk, Recurly and Google Contacts.

“PieSync offers a way to easily have the full customer data interact between SharpSpring and our other apps. This new enhancement allows us to easily connect all of our SaaS-based applications and unify our departments.”

– Kalon Wiggins, Epic Design Labs

An Intelligent Sync

This integration is coming at the same time as PieSync’s new feature upgrade: Intelligent Syncing. This feature enables users to synchronize contacts in a smart way, maintaining their own segmentation for marketing, communication and support purposes.

By setting up “Ifthisthenthat” rules or conditions, the user can accomplish complex automated workflows across different applications.

“The native integration with SharpSpring is a way to give users the freedom to create their own SaaS stack that fits their business needs. SMEs use thirteen apps on average, and there’s no easy solution to keep customer contacts’ data consistent between them. PieSync takes this pain away by using Intelligent Two-Way Syncing to synchronize contacts between apps.”

– Ewout Meyns, PieSync CEO

What Is PieSync?

PieSync is the fastest-growing two-way contact data synchronization platform for organizations that want to power their business by integrating their cloud apps. PieSync improves sales, marketing and service performance by affordably and intelligently connecting contact data across SaaS-based ecosystems and applications to guarantee relevance and reliability, every time.

“The native integration with PieSync provides a very convenient way for SharpSpring customers to sync their contacts instead of juggling isolated data, which means they can work from the same transparent database, in real time. Our goal with the native integration was to further streamline the syncing process. Now our customers can connect multiple apps at the click of a button.”

– Rick Carlson, SharpSpring CEO
